Frequently Asked Questions

Chiropractic is the fastest growing healthcare choice before drugs or surgery.

Chiropractic is the science, which concerns itself with the relationship between structure, primarily the spine, and function, primarily the nervous system, of the human body as that relationship affects restoration and preservation of health. Chiropractic is based on the scientific fact that your nervous system controls the function of every cell, tissue, organ, and system of your body. Your nervous system consists of your brain, spinal cord, and millions of nerves. The skull protects your brain, and the 24 moving bones of the spine protect the spinal cord. Daily activities can cause these spinal bones to lose their normal position or motion- resulting in nervous system dysfunction and ultimately, ill health. In this office, the chiropractic approach to better health is to detect, reduce, and help prevent nervous system dysfunction by correcting those spinal misalignments.

The chiropractic adjustment, a non-invasive, manual technique, works to remove the nerve dysfunction and restore proper spinal motion so our bodies can function at 100%.

AHC is an established family practice. We see patients from as young as only a few weeks old to 80 years and up. Many people seek out our care because they are looking for an alternative to the traditional routine of seeing a medical doctor and being prescribed a medication.

Some common reasons patients come to our office are: torticollis, ear infections, asthma, allergies, backache, head ache, neck ache, stiffness, and joint pain, just to name a few.

We also see many patients who are interested in enhancing their athletic performance, as well as many individuals who turn to chiropractors as part of a wellness-based lifestyle.

Every person’s care plan is different. After the doctor has had a chance to complete a focused chiropractic exam and review your file, you will be presented with a care plan. This is the point at which the doctor will let you know the expected timeline of pain relief and spinal correction. Rest assured, at Absolute Health Chiropractic we want you to be as well as possible as fast as possible. Your care plan is dynamic and can be changed if you are progressing faster than anticipated.
We accept most insurance providers. To be sure we accept your care plan, please call our offices and give us your insurance information so we can verify what type of coverage you have.
We also offer care plans that are very affordable for our cash patients.
